Custom payout domains are not available by default. To enable this feature, contact your Account Manager.
By default, Runa payout links are served from spend.runa.io and payout.runa.io. With a custom payout domain, your recipients will see links on your own domain instead, improving trust and brand consistency. A custom domain will apply to all orders in your account, and all new payout links will use the custom domain automatically. Existing links will continue to function on the original Runa domains.

Setting up your custom domain

Choose a subdomain

Select a subdomain of a domain you own. For example, if your domain is company.com, you might use example.company.com. This subdomain must be dedicated to Runa payout links and cannot be used for other purposes.

Create a CNAME DNS record

Create a CNAME DNS record on your chosen subdomain pointing to spend.runa.io.For example, if your subdomain is example.company.com:

Inform Runa

Let your Account Manager know the subdomain you have configured. Runa will verify the DNS record, complete the setup, and apply the custom domain to your account.
Once configured, all new payout links for your account will use your custom domain automatically.
